For our First Blog project you will be creating your own restaurant.

Here is a list of things you will need for you, to complete your restaurant Menu.

1. Name
2. Hours of Operation
3. Location or Locations (Chain of Restaurants)

4. History (Established in 1808, by the Smith Family from Scotland...)
5. Slogan (Example: "Eat Fresh!, Subway")
6. Fake phone Number, fax, Website, and email.

7. What Kind of Payment to you take? Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Cash, Paypal etc...?

8. Menu Sections: Only if they apply to your style of restaurant, Breakfast, Appetizers, Specials, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, Beverages: No Alcoholic beverages, Beer, Wine, Margaritas, etc. (Non-alcoholic versions not allowed as well)

9. Menu Items: Name, description and cost,

10. Pictures of items if you wish. It will help improve your score.

When finished you will save to the public folder

Brochure for Geography

Greetings Class,

The front of the brochure should include (Country name, flag, map and student name). Inside the brochure should include information and pictures related to the History, Government, Religion, Geography, Climate, Economy, Culture, Tourist attractions, etc of the country they have chosen. Use MS Publisher To create your brochure. Please use the Tri-fold Template in the Template menu.

What is Binary Code you ask? What are all these 0’s and 1’s? Well that is your first assignment. Well this is your first assignment. Please read the information on Wikipidia about Binary Code and then write a summary about it.

Greetings Class,

Our Math today is going to be on Personal Finance. You will each be given a career with your job description and how much you make.

What you have to do is find the following information.

1. You are currenlty out of a job, find a place that will give you one in Portland, Oregon (prefer the West Side of Portland if that's what you want.)

2. List what are the requirements/Qualifications for that job.

References (What are references? Talk with your parents about this. Ask them if it is important to have references.)

5. Once you have found a job that you think you want to "apply" for copy all the information into a Gmail document. Make sure you Answer all of the questions above before submitting it to me online. I believe this is going to be a really fun assignment, please make sure you ask either myself or your parents if you need a little extra help with anything. There are going to be some big words you might not understand, please make sure you use a dictionary to find out what they mean.
